At BeoService we are a team of fully qualified engineers and installers.
We are authorised to repair, service and install any Bang & Olufsen product in warranty or on a chargeable basis.
Whether you have a faulty BeoCom phone or a 88″ BeoVision Harmony, we can ensure your product is installed and working perfectly.
On the 1st of march 2021 we became one of 9 partners across the globe to be authorised in a joint partnership to service and repair older products that before was not repairable.
This is in addition to being the UK Regional Service Centre & Authorised Service Partner, we are the main service centre in the UK and able to assist and distribute work to additional Service Partners across the UK if required.
Our Primary Service Areas are –
Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, London, Norfolk, Suffolk, Surrey.
But for larger projects or specialised service we are available to cover the UK.
When servicing and repairing newer products we source all our parts direct from Bang & Olufsen, these repairs come with either the manufactures warranty or when chargeable a 12 months parts and 6 months labour warranty on the work carried out.
When servicing older products that we are unable to obtain genuine parts, where available we can source parts from alternative suppliers and on these repairs we will notify you and offer a 3 months parts and labour warranty, unless stated otherwise at the point of repair.
